Abarth has been tuning Fiats since Austrian-Italian Carlo Abarth founded the firm in Turin, in 1949. Now a Fiat-owned sub-brand, in Geneva, Abarth had two (what else!) Fiat-based models. The Abarth 500C is the convertible version of Fiat's Mini-fighting city car, but with an Abarth-tuned 140-hp 1.4-litre Turbo T-Jet engine and Competizione automated manual gearbox with paddle shifters.
