'Parking Pain' score: 97

In Canada, we may think parking is bad, but we've got no idea. For instance, 45 per cent of drivers in Toronto said they'd given up on finding a parking space and headed somewhere else in the past year; just 42 per cent admitted the same in Montreal. But according to IBM's survey, 73 per cent of drivers in Mexico City had to abandon their search for parking during the previous 12 months, making it North America's worst city for parking.
