Here's another vintage and iconic Greyhound bus. Styled by French industrial design legend Raymond Loewy and produced exclusively for the American bus line, the "Scenicruiser" changed the face of inter-city travel in the U.S. The second level offered brilliant views of the American countryside as it whizzed by in comfort thanks to such innovations as a full washroom, air suspension, and air conditioning. Not remarkable in today's world of supersonic air travel, but the GMC PD-4501 was a revolution nonetheless. One of a thousand or so manufactured, the one snapped here isn't in terrible shape. In fact, it looks ripe for restoration.
