Following a car accident, legal action is pretty common in the U.S. Even so, the following trial is particularly startling. In May 2010, a Virginian man was returning from his 21st birthday when he crashed into a taxi on the highway. The taxi driver sued for $75,000 compensation. So far, nothing unusual. It's the police report that leaves us wondering.
It reads:
Paragraph 10. "At the time of the collision, Defendant was going 85 miles per hour (130 km/h)."
Paragraph 12. "At the time of the collision, Defendant was having sex with a female."
Paragraph 13. "At the time of the collision, Defendant was driving admittedly drunk."
Paragraph 14. "At the time of the accident, Defendant was partially or totally in the backseat of the car."

At least he wasn't tweeting at the same time. The jurors are going to have a field day with this one!
